Before continuing, please carefully review and agree to the following auction terms and conditions.
Nature of Sale & Delivery
All assets are sold on a delivery-only basis. These sales are conducted on behalf of banks and other financial institutions.
We offer complimentary delivery within the first 1,000 miles. For delivery distances exceeding 1,000 miles, a fee of $1 per additional mile will apply, regardless of the asset’s type or size.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required within 24 hours of the auction closing.

After the auction concludes, buyers will receive an order confirmation email with complete wire transfer instructions, including the recipient name, account number, routing number, and payment reference. Buyers are responsible for including the correct payment reference to ensure proper allocation of funds. If the email is not received, please check spam or junk folders.
Failure to submit payment in full within the required timeframe may result in order cancellation and relisting of the asset, and may limit the buyer’s ability to participate in future sales.
Delivery Process
Once payment has been confirmed, delivery arrangements will be coordinated directly with the buyer.

Vehicles: Enclosed transport

Vessels: Trailer or flatbed transport; larger vessels transported via lowboy trailer with protective covering

RVs: Driven or towed, as applicable

Heavy equipment: Standard or lowboy trailer
Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Warranty & Buyer Assurance
Assets are sold with:

A 6-Month Limited Warranty / up to 10,000 miles (vehicles), and
-
A 14-Day Return / Reject Period
Coverage applies until the earlier of:

6 months from the purchase date, or
-
10,000 miles driven (vehicles only)
For non-vehicle assets, coverage applies for 6 months from the purchase date. All assets include the 14-Day Return / Reject Period.
Warranty Exclusions
The Limited Warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic imperfections (interior or exterior) disclosed in the listing

Wear-and-tear or replaceable items

Routine maintenance

Aftermarket accessories
The Limited Warranty is non-transferable. Warranty rights may vary depending on state, province, or jurisdiction.
Return / Reject Policy
Buyers may return or reject an asset within 14 days of delivery, regardless of delivery time.
During this period:

Vehicles may be driven up to 1,000 miles

Other assets may be used for reasonable testing purposes
Returns will not be accepted if the asset has been:

Damaged or involved in an accident
-
Modified or altered from its delivered condition
-
Used as collateral or otherwise encumbered
In the event of an approved return:

The full purchase price will be refunded

Refunds are processed within 24 hours

Delivery costs remain complimentary
Final Notes
To help keep the marketplace fair for everyone, each account may place bids on up to two (2) items at a time. If this limit is exceeded, we may cancel additional bids and take appropriate action on the account.
Please note that placing a bid is a commitment to buy. When you bid, you’re indicating that you intend to complete the purchase if you’re the winning bidder. Bidding may prevent other buyers from purchasing the item, so we encourage you to bid only on items you’re ready and able to purchase.
By placing a bid and completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
